Week 12.
Day 1. Today is a day off, I get them once every 2 weeks. It seems like a luxury, but I’ll take it. I’m feeling fine after yesterdays 11 mile run straight after an hours weights session. Which is good and shows that I’m adapting to the demands of training.
I was looking ahead on the training plan and the weights are going to step up again soon so that will be interesting.
Wow week 12 that’s almost 3 months since I started training towards Oceanside, which is now about 55 days away – that’s less than 8 weeks until race day! Oh dear, but how exciting.
