Headed out for a slow run on a cold morning. Went out slow with an average pace of 10.30 – 11 per mile. Had to pull back at times as a started going faster. Towards the end of the lap (4mile laps) my right knee started to hurt so I tried to minimise the impact on it and managed to keep going but it’s something that I need to work on.
Ended the run at the gym and at 5miles. Then did 20mins of rolling on my IT band to try and help with the knees. Then jog / walk home. Knee still sore. Put tiger balm on it.
