The race went well, As I jumped in off the boat someone jump behind me hitting my left leg. This only become an issue on the run and after the race.
The swim went well, good sighting resulting a much faster swim.
The bike was hard, and the run tough too, I managed to push to the end and was spent at the finish. Solid race, very happy with the results.
