GNC Live Well Voice Panelist.

I am now committed to Kona and doing the Full Ironman in October in Hawaii. This will be an awesome experience, I can see with my increased focus in training that I will only get faster. Lifting weights with my legs is improving my power through the full circle of rotation and my joining new faster running groups is showing results.

This week I have been stepping up with swim session each day.

2010 Race Plan.
Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon - 03:09:29 (swim better by 21mins)
Auburn Triathlon – World’s Toughest Half Triathlon- 7:29:14 (good result on the bike, considering the hills)
San Francisco Marathon
2010 Ford Ironman World Championship – Lottery Winner
North Face Endurance Challenge 50miles

My 2008 Race Program was very limited and only included a couple of races. The super fun Bay to Breakers a 12km Run where dressing up is the name of the game and my first Triathlon – Tri-for-Fun – Sprint Triathlon. In 2009 I turned it up to include HIM races and running further than ever before. 2010 is going to be turned up to 11! Hang on.. here we go./span>
